Attorney Gregory Rada has been advocating for disabled veterans and their families for more than a decade. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a disabled veteran himself, Attorney Rada has first-hand experience with how complex and frustrating the disability claims process can be. It took eight years from filing his initial claim to finally having his claim approved with the help of a VA benefits lawyer. After going through this process himself, he became dedicated to helping expedite denied claims to get disabled veterans the financial support they deserve.
In keeping with our firm’s commitment to advocating for disabled veterans and their families, we are proud to announce The Gregory M. Rada 2023 Scholarship for Helping Veterans. This scholarship is intended for aspiring lawyers and other advocates who have a career goal of helping veterans. It is our hope that through this scholarship, current and soon-to-be students will be able to seek the education necessary to become part of the next generation of legal professionals.
This scholarship is open to any student who is currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, graduate, or professional program. This includes accredited community college students as well as high school seniors and students who possess a GED and who have been accepted to or are enrolled in an accredited program.
The scholarship applicant should demonstrate a strong interest in the advocacy for veterans and their families. All eligible candidates must be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above.
