Gregory Rada

Gregory M. Rada has been representing his fellow veterans before the Veterans Administration since 2012. He started After Service LLC so veterans would have access to a law firm founded by a veteran. Greg exclusively handles VA disability compensation, pension, and survivor benefit appeals at all levels of the VA adjudicative process including at Regional Offices nationwide, the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA), and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC). He is honored to have a job serving other veterans and their families.

He has won hundreds of cases involving entitlement to individual unemployability (TDIU), service connection disputes for conditions such as PTSD, and appeals for increased ratings.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Greg served in the United States Air Force from 2002 to 2008 as a C-17 loadmaster, attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant. He served in Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, accumulating over 2200 flying hours, including 828 combat flying hours.

Veterans Benefits Attorney Rada completed his bachelors degree at the University of Phoenix while serving in the Air Force. After his enlistment ended, he attended the University of Connecticut School of Law where he obtained his J.D. and graduated in the top quarter of his class. He now lives in Colorado with his wife, daughter, and son.
